Central Seville is NOT inside any Low Emission Zone in 2026 – the ZBE only covers Isla de la Cartuja. Casco Antiguo, Triana, Nervión and Macarena are all freely accessible. Paid street parking uses Apparkya (the official AUSSA app) with three zones: Azul (€0.85/h, 2 h max), Verde (€0.65/h start, 3 h max) and MAR (the highest-rotation strip, 1 h max). For longer stays, the SABA covered garages at Plaza Nueva, Plaza de la Concordia and Plaza de Armas all start around €3 per hour with bookable daily rates online. Holy Week and Feria de Abril both cause major closures – the Charco de la Pava P+R (7,370 free spaces + TUSSAM shuttle) is the standard fallback.
Confusion about Seville's ZBE costs visitors money every week. Here is the simple version: the Low Emission Zone covers only Isla de la Cartuja (Cartuja Norte and Cartuja Sur). The historic centre and all tourist areas remain unrestricted.
| Area | 2026 ZBE status |
|---|---|
| Casco Antiguo (Cathedral, Alcázar, Santa Cruz) | ✅ No restrictions |

| Nervión, Macarena, Los Remedios | ✅ No restrictions |
| Isla de la Cartuja | ⚠️ ZBE Mon-Fri 07:00-19:00, sticker A vehicles banned, €200 fine |
