La Línea de la Concepción is the Spanish town at the foot of Gibraltar — and almost every visitor parks here before walking across the border on foot (cars heading INTO Gibraltar face 2-4 hour border queues in summer). Parking is cheap: ORA blue zones charge €0.85-1.10 / $0.93-1.20 per hour, the main paid lots €1 / $1.10 per hour with daily caps around €10-14 / $11-15. Free street parking exists 10-15 minutes from the border, and Sundays + Spanish holidays make the entire blue zone free.
The town uses the standard Andalusian ORA system. Blue zones cover the streets within 600 m of the Gibraltar border; outside that, free white-stripe parking is abundant. Enforcement runs Monday-Friday 09:00-14:00 and 17:00-20:00, Saturday 09:00-14:00. Sundays and Spanish public holidays are free.
