Parking in Seville is governed by GES (formerly ORA), with three colour-coded street zones – Sea (1.85 EUR/h), Blue (1.40 EUR/h, max 2h) and Green (1.10 EUR/h, max 5h). For longer stays AUSSA and SABA underground garages are the only sensible option – 22-28 EUR/day drive-up or 12-18 EUR/day pre-booked on Parclick.
Seville renamed the old ORA system to GES (Gestion de Estacionamiento en Superficie) but the day-to-day system is similar. Color tells you allowed stay length and price tier. Historic centre around the Cathedral and Santa Cruz is largely pedestrian and many streets are residents-only.
| Sea Zone (Mar) | 1.85 EUR/h, max 1h, very high turnover (near Cathedral, La Encarnacion) |
|---|---|
| Blue Zone (Azul) | 1.40-1.70 EUR/h, max 2h (centre + tourist areas) |
| Green Zone (Verde) | 1.10 EUR/h, max 5h (residential edges) |
| Enforcement | Mon-Fri 09:00-14:00 + 17:00-21:00, Sat 09:00-14:00, free Sun and August |
| Free zones | Most areas beyond Ronda de Capuchinos / SE-30 motorway |
Trick: Blue 35-minute minimum charge is 0.45 EUR, but parking meters bill in 5-minute blocks beyond. The free August month is real for street zones but does NOT apply to underground garages.
For anything over 2 hours, an underground garage is the only legal long-stay option. AUSSA runs most municipal lots, SABA has commercial ones. Pre-book on Parclick to cut prices ~40%.

Pre-booked rates are typically 30-50% cheaper than drive-up.
Compare and book on ParclickStreets north of the inner ring road are largely free. 20-25 min walk to the Cathedral, or one short bus ride.

Free zones can become residents-only with little notice. Check signs and the SmartSeville app before leaving the car overnight – a fine is 60-90 EUR.

Note your plate and zone code (printed on the nearest meter) before starting – both are required in the app.
