The cheapest way to park in Toulouse is a Tisséo park-and-ride: parking is free for up to 24 hours when you validate a metro ticket (€1.90 single). On the street in the centre you pay €1.50 for one hour and €3 for two, Monday to Saturday, and central car parks start at about €3 per hour online. Toulouse gives drivers three choices: leave the car at a Tisséo park-and-ride on the edge of the city and take the metro, pay for a street bay (short stays only in the centre), or use one of the underground car parks around the Capitole. The whole city inside the ring road is also a low-emission zone (ZFE), which matters if your car is old.

Tisséo, the city’s public-transport operator, runs barrier-controlled park-and-ride sites at its metro termini, open 24 hours a day. Parking is free for passengers on two conditions: you validate a ticket within the hour before you drive out, after a return journey, and the car stays no longer than 24 consecutive hours. A single ticket costs €1.90, ten journeys €16 and a day ticket €7.20. There is no separate parking fee.

If you do not meet the conditions, the first 30 minutes are free and you then pay €0.70 per quarter-hour by day (8:00–18:00), €0.45 at night, or €27.50 for 24 hours. Validate your ticket at a station other than the one where you parked. Height is limited (1.90 m at Argoulets, 2.00 m at Basso Cambo), and camper vans, caravans and trailers are not admitted.
In the city centre zone you pay Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00: €1.50 for one hour and €3 for two. You may stay 2 h 30 at most, and the last half-hour carries a €30 surcharge, so in practice the limit is two hours. In the faubourgs (orange zone) the charge is €1 per hour from 9:00 to 19:00, with a five-hour maximum, and in the green medium-stay zone €0.50 per hour. Sundays and public holidays are free in every zone. The blue-disc zones are free but time-limited.

The city lists more than 18 public car parks in the centre, billed by the quarter-hour. Most of them offer an evening flat rate of €6.10 if you drive in between 19:30 and 22:00 and leave before 3:00.
Occasional visitors with a banned vehicle can apply online for the “Pass ZFE”, which allows 52 days of access per year.
The official car parks cost €24.10 for 12 to 24 hours in Proxi Park P1–P3 (two to seven minutes on foot) and €19.50 in Eco Park P5/P6 (shuttle bus). For a week, Eco Park costs €68.60 against €152.90 in Proxi Park. The Express drop-off is free for the first 10 minutes.
