A week of parking at Milan Malpensa airport (MXP) costs from €42 in the official P6 Smart car park at Terminal 2 and from €79 at Terminal 1 (P1 Long Term or P4 Holiday); private car parks with a shuttle start at €33 a week. Stopping is free for 15 minutes in front of the terminals and for 60 minutes in the waiting area between them. This guide compares all the official SEA car parks and the private operators with real booking prices for 1, 3, 7 and 14 days, checked on 12 October 2026.
Do you need a car at all? For Milan itself, no: the Malpensa Express train runs to the city centre. Malpensa (MXP) has two separate terminals. Terminal 1 handles most airlines; Terminal 2 is the easyJet terminal. A free shuttle bus links the two roughly every 15 minutes, less often in the middle of the night. The airport operator SEA runs the official car parks: P1 Long Term, P2 Executive, P3 Express and P4 Holiday at Terminal 1, and P5 Easy and P6 Smart at Terminal 2. All are open 24 hours a day.
Around the airport, in Somma Lombardo, Lonate Pozzolo and neighbouring towns, private operators offer cheaper parking with a shuttle to the terminal. Prices in this guide are real quotes taken on 12 October 2026 from Parclick, which sells both the official SEA car parks and the private ones. They are for a car, for stays starting on 6 or 7 November 2026; other dates can cost more or less.

The cheapest official car park for a week is P6 Smart at Terminal 2: €42 for seven days, which works out at €6 a day. At Terminal 1 the cheapest week is €79 in P1 Long Term or P4 Holiday. For a single day or a weekend, P3 Express (T1) and P5 Easy (T2) are the better deal at €24 a day.

Prices as quoted on Parclick on 12 October 2026 for a prepaid booking; Parclick adds a service fee of €2.70 to €4.99 per booking (€3.99 on most of the stays above). You can change or cancel free of charge until 23:59 on the day before arrival. P2 Executive also has a Top Car area (from €39 a day, €199 a week). SEA’s own website and its drive-up tariff could not be reached on the day of this check, so we do not quote a price for turning up without a booking.
Flying from Terminal 2: P6 Smart for anything longer than a day; P5 Easy only if you want to walk to the terminal. Flying from Terminal 1 for a week or more: P1 Long Term or P4 Holiday. A day trip or a weekend from Terminal 1: P3 Express. P2 Executive is the only covered car park at Terminal 1 and the closest to check-in, and for a single day it was actually cheaper (€34) than P1 or P4 (€39). If you park at P6 but fly from Terminal 1, add the inter-terminal shuttle to your timing.
Six private operators near Malpensa can currently be booked on Parclick: EMYCARPARKING, Colossum Parking, Kingparking, Green Parking, Avioparking and the valet-only Yes Parking Only. For a week they cost about the same as P6 Smart (€33 to €52), and for two weeks they are €60 to €73 against €69 at P6 Smart, so the saving over the cheapest official car park is small. The saving is large only against the Terminal 1 car parks (€79 a week). At all of them you hand over your car keys.

Open-air, monitored car park at Via Tevere 1. Open from 06:00 to 22:00 only, so it does not suit very early departures or late arrivals. The free shuttle takes about 12 minutes to either terminal and runs every 30 minutes; on your return you phone the car park for the pick-up. Covered spaces cost €53 a week. Via Europa 90, Lonate Pozzolo. Open 24 hours a day with a free shuttle that takes about 5 minutes to Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Open-air; covered spaces cost €59 a week. See Kingparking on Parclick.
Via Processione 21, Somma Lombardo. Staffed around the clock; the free shuttle leaves straight away or within 10 minutes and takes about 8 minutes to Terminal 1 and 7 to Terminal 2. Vans and motorhomes pay 30 % more, and a sixth passenger and above pay €5 each. See Green Parking on Parclick.
Via Sicilia 26, Magnago, about 15 km and 15 minutes from the airport, which is further than the others. The shuttle is free for up to four people; each extra passenger pays €5. The listing gives two different opening times (24 hours, and 06:00 to midnight), so check before booking a night flight. See Colossum Parking on Parclick.

The waiting area was built by SEA to stop drivers waiting on the hard shoulder. From the SS336, follow the signs for Terminal 1 and then for the railway station; pass the roundabout, the Sheraton and the station and continue along the perimeter road for about a kilometre. The area is signposted on the right. It has a QR code that shows live flight status. You may not leave the car there or walk to the terminal.
Passengers with reduced mobility can ask in advance, through SEA’s online form, to stay up to four hours in the 15-minute area. For blue-badge holders the recommended car parks are P2 (level −1) at Terminal 1 and P5 at Terminal 2.
If 15 minutes is not enough, the short-stay car parks are next to the terminals: P7 and P8 at Terminal 1 arrivals, P9 and P10 at Terminal 1 departures, and an arrivals and a departures car park at Terminal 2. We could not read SEA’s short-stay tariff on the day of this check, so no hourly price is given here; it is displayed at the entrance. For a wait of up to an hour, the free waiting area costs nothing.

For a week, the cheapest official car park is P6 Smart at Terminal 2 at €42 for seven days, and the cheapest private one is EMYCARPARKING at €33 (Parclick quotes for 7–14 November 2026, taken on 12 October 2026). For a single day Colossum Parking was cheapest at €15 and P6 Smart cost €17.
P1 Long Term and P4 Holiday cost €79 for seven days, P3 Express €84 and the covered P2 Executive €119, when booked in advance on Parclick. A private car park with a shuttle costs €33 to €52 for the same week.
Only for waiting. The area in front of each terminal is free for 15 minutes, and the waiting area between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 is free for 60 minutes as long as the driver stays with the car. There is no free long-stay car park.
P5 Easy is in front of Terminal 2, about three minutes on foot. P6 Smart is cheaper and linked to Terminal 2 by a free shuttle that takes about three minutes.
P2 Executive is covered and connected to the check-in area by lift. P3 Express is about three minutes on foot, P1 Long Term and P4 Holiday about four minutes.
