Street parking in central Valladolid costs €0.70 for the first hour and €2.35 for the two-hour maximum in 2026. The blue zone (ORA) is paid on working days, Monday–Friday 9:00–14:00 and 16:30–20:00 and Saturday 9:00–14:00; the orange high-turnover bays cost €1.40 for a maximum of one hour. For a whole day, the city’s park-and-ride car parks charge €2.60. Since July 2025 cars without a DGT environmental label may not enter the low-emission zone.

Prices are from Valladolid’s 2026 tax ordinances (Ordenanzas fiscales 2026, tasa por estacionamiento en aparcamientos limitados). Tickets are sold in 5-cent steps, so you pay for exactly the time you need. Fully electric and plug-in hybrid cars park free only with a municipal authorisation, which is meant for local owners.

The hours are set in the municipal ORA ordinance (Ordenanza reguladora de los aparcamientos limitados). The park-and-ride car parks follow the same timetable, with a full-day ticket covering 9:00–20:00.
Valladolid runs urban park-and-ride car parks (aparcamientos disuasorios urbanos, ADU) on the edge of the centre. One is the ADU “Usos Múltiples” on Calle Antonio Lorenzo Hurtado in Huerta del Rey, across the Pisuerga from the centre. The 2026 rates are €0.30 an hour, €1.30 for a morning (9:00–14:00) or an afternoon, and €2.60 for the day. At the car park on Calle Ramón Pradera / Avenida de Vicente Mortes, higher rates apply during trade fairs at the Feria de Valladolid (€5.30 a day), and motorhomes pay €5 a day.

On 24 October 2026 it showed Valladolid Centro – Doctrinos (covered, Calle de los Doctrinos 12) from €1.56 for one hour, and Plaza del Milenio (covered, Avenida de Miguel Ángel Blanco 2, by the river) from €3.09 for two hours. Valladolid’s low-emission zone in the city centre has been in force since 1 July 2025 and is controlled by number-plate cameras. Vehicles without a DGT environmental label (roughly diesel cars registered before 2006 and petrol cars before 2001) may not enter; cars with the B label will be restricted from 31 December 2027 and C cars from 1 January 2030 (valladolid.es). Entering without permission is a serious traffic offence.
Do you need a car in Valladolid? Not for the old town: Plaza Mayor, the cathedral, San Pablo and the National Sculpture Museum are close together on foot. A car is worth it for the Ribera del Duero and Rueda wineries, Peñafiel, Tordesillas or Simancas. Cars without a DGT label have been banned from the ZBE since 1 July 2025. A foreign-registered car is not in the DGT register, so its owner must register it with the city and prove its emissions standard. Driving straight to a public car park inside the zone needs no paperwork.
In the blue zone you can cancel the fine at the machine with a €2.25 ticket for up to 30 minutes over, or €4.35 for up to an hour. In the orange zone it is €4.35 for up to 30 minutes.
