Toulouse has operated a ZFE-m (Zone à Faibles Émissions mobilité) since 2022, expanded in 2024. The zone covers central Toulouse inside the périphérique. Access is restricted by Crit'Air sticker level:
P+R Argoulets has 460 spaces directly at metro Line A “Argoulets” station, on the eastern side of Toulouse. €2.30 for up to 24 hours of parking PLUS unlimited metro rides for the entire day for up to 4 passengers (this includes the driver). 12-15 min on metro to central Capitole stop. Best total cost for any city visit.
Same €2.30 deal as Argoulets — parking + metro for 4 passengers. 580 spaces at metro Line A “Basso Cambo” stop on the western side. Larger capacity than Argoulets, useful when arriving from Bordeaux/west via the A64. 15-18 min to Capitole on metro.
P+R Borderouge has 220 spaces at metro Line B “Borderouge” station, north of Toulouse. Same €2.30 deal. Useful for visitors arriving from A20/A62 (north) or via Toulouse Blagnac airport with rental car.
Toulouse Blagnac Airport (TLS) is 8 km west of city center. Multiple parking options: P0 short-stay €4-7/day, P5 long-stay €6-9/day. For airport stays of 3+ days, on-site is competitive. The Tram T2 connects airport to central Toulouse (€1.80, 30 min).
If your destination is inside the ZFE and you have a Crit'Air 1-2 vehicle, central garages are an option. Otherwise stay on P+R.
