Turisprime is an off-airport operator. You meet them at their depot near LIS via a free shuttle, which means lower prices but a slightly longer pickup process than on-airport competitors like Hertz or Europcar.
Outside the airport perimeter. A free shuttle runs from the LIS terminal every 15-20 minutes (call them when you land). Plan for 25-40 minutes from landing to driving off.
