Hertz is a full-service option at Porto Airport with a newer fleet and a DiscoverCars rating of 8/10. You follow the car-rental signs from arrivals to the Hertz desk/area; note that the shuttle now runs about every 15 minutes (it used to be every 5), so allow a little time at busy waves. As a global brand it is convenient and predictable, but pricier than the locals and worth photographing at return given the usual brand-level damage-billing complaints. A solid mainstream pick if you want a recognised name and a modern car.
