During the purchasing process, select the date you plan to arrive. After making the online payment you will receive a voucher via email with you reservation code.
On the date of your reservation, enter the parking lot as usual, take a ticket at the entrance and park in any empty spot.
Once you’re out of the car, approach the control booth with the Parclick voucher and the ticket you took. Our staff there will check your reservation using the reservation code, and will give you a card that will allow you multiple ins and outs.

Parque do Carregal is an underground car park run by PARKin, a private operator, on the western side of Porto’s Baixa between Jardim do Carregal, Hospital de Santo António and the Rua Miguel Bombarda art galleries. It is not a SABA or municipal car park.

PARKin publishes one figure online: €15 for the first day. It does not publish an hourly tariff; for longer stays it asks you to use its booking form. Parclick sells the same car park from €15 for one day. If you get an access card from PARKin, it carries a €5 deposit, refunded when you return the card.

Kerbside parking around the hospital and Rua Miguel Bombarda is paid and usually full. We could not confirm Porto’s current street tariffs on an official council page, so we do not quote them: the meter and the sign show the price, the paid hours and the maximum stay. We found no free public car park in this part of the Baixa. Parts of the historic centre are restricted-access zones (ZAAC) with bollards or cameras; if your hotel is inside one, ask it how to register your number plate before you arrive.
